IRAN THREATENS TO DESTROY ISRAEL WITH “100,000” MISSILES!

By Israel Today Staff
.
Iran last week reiterated that it is putting the pieces in place for its own version of the “final solution” to the problem of Israel and Jewish sovereignty.
.
“If the Zionists make a wrong move, all the occupied territories will come under attack from dedicated fighters and, Allah willing, the territories will be liberated,” declared Gen. Hossein Salami, deputy chief of Iran’s Revolutionary Guards.
.
To achieve this grisly goal, Salami noted that Iran and its ally, Hezbollah, have deployed “100,000 missiles that are ready to hit Israel.” Those missiles are in southern Lebanon, where the UN promised to prevent another buildup to conflict following the last Lebanon war in 2006.
.
Salami made his remarks during anti-Israel rallies that featured the familiar chants of “Death to Israel” and “Death to America.”
.
Back in May, Ahmad Karimpour, an advisor to Iran’s Revolutionary Guards, told reporters that the Islamic Republic and its allies were ready to “raze the Zionist regime in less than eight minutes” should the order be given.
MEMORIAL FOR HALLEL ARIEL

Jerusalem Post
.
Parents of Hallel Ariel, murdered by a terrorist in her bed in Kiryat Arba, joined by right-wing MKs among others as they hold memorial for their daughter; ‘This isn’t a day of sadness, this is a day of joy,’ says aunt.
.
Hundreds of people gathered at the entrance to the Temple Mount on Tuesday morning to take part in a memorial service for 13-year-old Hallel Ariel who was murdered by a Palestinian terrorist in her home in Kiryat Arba.
.
“It’s hard on us. We are having a hard time with the fact that the days pass (without Hallel),” said Hallel’s mother, Rina. “We’re glad that the people of Israel have contacted us and shown support. We regularly visit the Mount. Hallel stopped visiting at the age of 12 for Halachic reasons, but we’ll continue,” added Rina, who is a Temple Mount activist.
.
Hallel’s family was joined by several MKs, including Yehuda Glick and Oren Hazan from the Likud party and Bezalel Smotrich and Minister Uri Ariel from Bayit Yehudi, but they were barred by Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu from entering the Temple Mount complex.
.
“The power of light is a million times stronger than the power of bereavement,” said MK Glick, a Temple Mount activist himself who survived an assassination attempt. “The power of building is stronger than the power of destruction. The power of God’s closeness is a million times stronger than Chillul Hashem (desecration of God’s name -ed.), hatred and terrorism.”
.
Agriculture Minister Uri Ariel, a cousin of Hallel’s father, said “The entire nation of Israel is one big Ariel family. With God’s help, we will not have to fast for Tisha B’Av this year (because the Temple would be rebuilt -ed.). We support the Prime Minister in making the right decisions to allow every Jew to visit the Temple Mount.”
.
At the entrance to the Temple Mount, visitors who came from all across the country held up signs saying “We’re all part of the Ariel family,” “Hallel was taken from us,” “we’ll double our strength.”
.
Alongside speeches, attendees began to dance and sing and were joined by members of the Ariel family and the MKs.
.
“This isn’t a day of sadness, this is a day of joy,” said Hallel’s Aunt. “Not a day of mourning and destruction, but of rebuilding and expectation for the redemption.”
Hallel’s father Amichai also blew the shofar at the entrance to the Temple Mount and said, “The world needs this heart (referring to the Temple Mount -ed.), otherwise blood will continue to spill. The world is waiting for us to bring the light and banish the darkness.”
.
Hallel’s mother Rina thanked those who came: “We didn’t come here this morning to cry, we came to strengthen our hearts.”
.
She called to change the name of the Mughrabi Gate to “Hallel Gate.”
.
Hallel’s Aunt expressed hope the status quo on the Temple Mount would change. “It might seem far-fetched or unrealistic, but it could change,” she said.

ISRAEL’S PRIME MINISTER AT SUMMIT IN UGANDA
.
Israeli Prime Minister Binyamin Netanyahu on last Monday lauded a “milestone” in Israeli-African relations, as he kicked off a summit with leaders from seven African nations in Uganda.
.
“This meeting I think will be a milestone, the meeting of seven leaders from African countries with Israel.  I think it underscores the fact that we are in a monumental change in the relations between Israel and Africa, beginning here,” Netanyahu said at the start of the summit, which came hours after a landmark speech together with the Ugandan President.
.
Israel’s much-vaunted “return to Africa” after years in which relations with many – though not all – African countries were lukewarm, “is warranted by the great changes that are taking place in the world,” the Israeli Prime Minister stated.
 .
“We at once have an enormous boost and jump towards development, towards the possibilities of this new century, with all the promises of technology; but at the same time, we have a savage medievalism that seeks to take all our societies back, to destroy them, destroy our freedoms and destroy our hopes,” he declared, referring to the rise of Islamic terrorism.
.
“So we at once have to do two things: Develop our countries into the future, and fight back the forces that want to take us to a dark past. And we can do this,” Netanyahu added. “I believe Israel is the perfect partner for the countries of Africa.”
.
Netanyahu insisted that the efforts to strengthen Israeli-African ties were not mere “lip service.”
.
“We’ve begun to do it among our respective countries. But I believe that we see opportunities in expanding this to Africa as a whole.
.
“Israel has fought terrorism and has developed, as you said Mr. President today, we’ve developed certain capacities, which I think are important for the defense of the world against this global onslaught of terrorism,” he said, turning to Ugandan President Yoweri Kaguta Museveni. “But equally, we have tremendous opportunities.
.
“We’ve solved our water problem, even though we’re a very dry land. We’ve solved our agricultural problem. We produce, with great productivity, vegetables, dairy. I’m always boasting which cow produces more milk per cow in the world. You think it’s a French cow or a Dutch cow? It’s an Israeli cow. It’s a computerized cow, every moo is monitored, you know?”
.
“But we are eager to share this technology in so many fields with our African friends,” he continued. “We think that Israel now is the best partner that the countries of Africa could have, and it’s something that is dear to our hearts.
.
“The founder of modern Zionism, the national movement of the Jewish people, was Theodore Herzl, and he said, ‘After I liberate the Jewish people, I will go to Africa to help liberate the black people.’
.
“We have our African brethren, the Ethiopian Jews, who are in our society, and I personally work every few weeks to help integrate more and more and incorporate in our society.
.
“I believe this. I believe in Africa. I believe in your future and I believe in our partnership for this future. And I believe that this meeting will be seen as a turning point in Israel’s ability to reach a broad number of African countries, which is our goal. We want a better future for you, a better future for all of us, and we think we can be your perfect partners.”
